About PASTA
The role of the partner in charge of this task is to recopilate the information from all the partners and to achieve a common document summarising all the different experiences.
These recommendations will be done from four points of view:
- good practices
- legislation
- applicability of flexible ways of working
- transnationality collaboration of SMEs
Description of the tasks
Management and secretary
This part of co-operation focuses on one hand on operational/secretarial management and on the other hand on quality assurance. (Its objectives are the following: successful overall direction and co-ordination of the trans-national co-operation, control of budget and allocation of tasks to PASTA members, provision of formal progress reports as required by the Commission and/or national authorities, ensuring quality and timeliness of all deliverables and outputs of the project, ensuring that the project meets its objectives and carries out its work-plan efficiently)
Market research
The purpose of this task is to compose national market research campaigns into a common market research activity. To reach this purpose, the planned work will consist of, first of all, co-ordination of scope (development of a common methodology). The activities to be realized include: coordination of research methodology development (in order to allow achieving comparable results irrespectible of partners' expertise in market research) and preparation of common questionnaire module. This will take place before and during the preparation of the first national research. All national research activities will be conducted according to the common methodology approved.
The results of all national research will be analysed in common. The objective of this activity is to analyse the usage of flexible working and teleworking in the territory of Partners Countries and the needs of employers and employed to use it.
Recommendations
The role of this task is to compile the information coming from all activities undertaken by partners and to elaborate common documents summarising all the aspects and experiences being a result of the co-operation. This documentation will be a basis for mainstreaming and promotion which could improve the usage of tools being considered. (Its including: good practices - the common guide of the best practices, legislation, applicability of flexible ways of working, transnational collaboration of SMEs)
Dissemination
The dissemination of the transnational partnership results and good practise recommendations will be carried out through the publication of joint market and legislation research report and the final conference report booklets. General presentation of TCA activities and results will be carried out through interactive CD after concluding of transnational partnership. The PASTA project will have a common website which will contain the description of the transnational activities, products and work plan and the links to the national DP sites. The documentation produced throughout the project will be in English, each partner will be responsible for translation and dissemination of common products in his country.
